Buying company in Vietnam as a foreigner
You need to prepare:
- Scanned copy of foreigner's passport
- Bank account balance confirmation (consular legalization required)
- Location of company headquarter (Rental contract, red book, or building certification for office)
- Expected company name (English and Vietnamese will be checked to see if it is valid)
- Expected industry. Sub-licenses If conditions permit (eg retail licenses, food safety, etc.)
- Full name of the head and each shareholder (if any)
Time: 20-25 working days

+ Step 2: Notice of capital contribution and the buyer transfers money to the company owner
